Moraa is best known as one of the world’s top 800m runners. She claimed gold at the 2023 World Championships, won bronze at the Paris Olympics, and is a two-time Diamond League champion. In 2023, she broke the Kenyan record in the 400m with a time of 50.38, and earlier this year, she took gold at the African Games over the same distance.
Mary Moraa is known for her unpredictable race tactics and explosive finish, an athlete who always delivers excitement. And in Heusden, she’s sure to bring the fireworks!
Will the KBC Nacht crowd witness a new meeting record? One thing is certain: Mary Moraa isn’t coming to Belgium just to take it easy.
